Cancellation & Returns Policy

At Harshika Soft IT Solutions Private Limited (“Harshika Soft IT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us. This Cancellation & Returns Policy explains the terms and conditions under which orders for our electronics and IT products and services may be cancelled, returned, or refunded.


1. Order Cancellation

a) Product Orders

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not been processed, dispatched, or assigned for installation or service.

  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately with complete order details.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivered, or installation/service work has commenced, cancellation will not be permitted.

b) Service Orders

  • Cancellation of installation, repair, consulting, or project-based services depends on the stage of service execution.

  • Any costs already incurred (inspection, diagnosis, procurement, manpower allocation, or travel) may be deducted from the refundable amount, if applicable.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of electronics and IT products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

a) Eligible for Return

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and uninstalled

    • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices

    • In resalable condition

b) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used, installed, or damaged electronics or IT equipment

  • Software, digital licenses, subscriptions, or downloadable products

  • Customized, special-order, or made-to-order items

  • Installation, repair, consulting, and service-based offerings

  • Products explicitly marked as Non-Returnable

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, power fluctuations, or external causes


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos as evidence.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, as applicable.


4. Return Process

  • Contact our support team to request return authorization.

  • Upon approval, ship the product to the return address shared by our team.

  • Once the product is received and inspected, eligible refunds or replacements will be processed.

⚠️ Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping, handling, installation, diagnostic, and service charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs will be borne by us.
